Group Travel receives sales leads from the Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer campaigns of its advertising budgets that are for July 1 through June 30 annually. In addition, inquiries are received from the website and trade shows. Owners and sales divisions of hotel/motels, restaurants, and attractions may login to the Group Travel Leads System and access the inquiries of motorcoach owners, tour operators and leaders, meeting and reunion planners, and motorcycle enthusiasts. The weekly leads are sent electronically every Sunday, if leads have been received that that particular week.
